Cancellation Policy
Please read before scheduling your session. Thank you for choosing to work with me. I hold each session as a sacred container and value our time together. The following policies help create clarity and mutual respect: Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the online calendar or by email. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Sliding scale and empowership options may be availableโplease reach out if needed. You will receive a confirmation email with session details once your booking is complete. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, but one-time rescheduling may be offered at my discretion. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you run late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor other clients. Session Format Sessions are held via Zoom or phone unless otherwise noted.
